  • Each block comes preloaded with proven scripts, questions and objection-handling language.
  • Anything you add is layered on top; the coach uses both and never overwrites the defaults.
  • A richer Knowledge Base means smarter scoring, more relevant feedback and better training examples.
3.How the coach uncovers skill gaps Visit Skill Gaps
  • Scores every practice session, live call and written message against your playbook.
  • Rolls those scores up into Team, Skill Gaps (Top Skill Gaps, Individual Skill Gaps, Team Training Priorities).
  • Shows which skills and channels need attention before they cost you fees or delivery issues.
4.How the coach creates training content for new starters Visit New Training Content
  • Identifies high-scoring recordings/transcripts as strong examples and low-scoring ones (anonymised) as challenge recordings.
  • New training content lets you review and approve these as LMS lessons or good vs bad lesson packs.
  • New starters compare their calls to real examples from your own team, not generic scripts.
5.How to use the coach in live management Visit Leaderboard
  • Use Team Overview and Leaderboard in weekly 1:1s and team meetings to see who is improving and who needs help.
  • Use Skill Gaps plus New training content to pick 1 to 2 recordings each week for focused team training (e.g. fee objections, discovery, CTAs).
  • Ask consultants to run fresh Practice sessions afterwards and track how their scores move over time.

Weak example recordings suggested challenges
The coach automatically anonymises low-scoring calls and messages, replacing names and companies so they appear as Consultant A / B / C, before suggesting them as challenge recordings for trainees. You approve which recordings and exercises are published; nothing is automatic.
